Section One

User Acceptance

This document is an electronic record in terms of Information Technology Act, 2000 and rules there under as applicable. These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the PuriTaxi website and services.

By accessing, browsing or using this website or by booking a vehicle through our platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

Section Two

Booking & Service Protocols

Buffer Time

Drivers will wait for up to 30 minutes from the scheduled pickup time. Beyond this, the trip may be treated as a 'No Show'.

Driver Assignment

Driver details are typically shared 30-60 minutes prior to the pickup time via WhatsApp or SMS.

* Toll taxes, State taxes, and Parking fees are extra and should be paid directly by the customer unless explicitly included in a package.

Section Four

Cancellation & Refunds

Free Cancellation Period

Enjoy peace of mind with our flexible policies. You can cancel your booking for free up to 1 hour before the scheduled pickup time.

Cancellations made within 60 minutes of pickup may incur a nominal cancellation fee to compensate the driver for travel.
